Mike Conway joins Dreyer & Reinbold Racing for a second season. The 26-year-old came on board with the team and the IndyCar Series for the first time last season after spending his young career climbing the racing ladder in the European formula car ranks. In 2008, he drove for Trident Racing in the GP2 Series, winning a round at the famed streets of Monaco. He also served as a Honda F1 Racing test driver during the past two seasons.
Coming up through the ranks, he won the 2006 British Formula 3 Championship, driving for Räikkönen Robertson Racing, and he also won the famed Macau Grand Prix in the same year. He was recognized twice by the British Racing Drivers' Club for his achievements in Formula 3 in 2005, and in 2004, he won the Formula Renault UK Championship.
Conway is managed by 2MB Sports Management, a company formed by former drivers Mark Blundell, who currently maintains sole ownership, and Martin Brundle.
Away from the track, Conway enjoys cycling, swimming and cooking.
