Baltimore, Maryland (August 30, 2012)- As
Panther DRR heads to Baltimore this weekend for the 14th round of
the 2012 IZOD IndyCar Series season, they are proud to announce
that Oriol Servia will campaign the WIX Filters "We Love Engines"
primary livery for the Grand Prix of Baltimore Presented by
SRT.
WIX, whose highly-engineered filtration products have become a
staple in auto racing around the country, has served as an
associate partner on the team's entries since the 2011 season. WIX®
Filters, a member of the Affinia Group family of brands, launched a
new integrated marketing communications program to promote a
single, cohesive WIX Filters message under a creative platform
titled "We Love Engines."The new platform is designed to
demonstrate that WIX and its customers and partners share one
unified passion - a love for the one thing that got the WIX brand
where it is today - engines.

This weekend's race will mark the second time this year, and the
third time since 2011, that WIX Filters has been the primary on the
team's car. The Gastonia, N.C.-based company first joined Panther
DRR at the Indianapolis 500 in 2011; this past April, WIX was the
primary at the Itaipava São Paulo Indy 300 in Brazil.
"There is perhaps no better street circuit in the U.S. than around
the Inner Harbor of downtown Baltimore," said Mike Harvey, brand
manager for WIX Filters. "The Grand Prix of Baltimore has quickly
become a major motorsports event for the global IZOD IndyCar
Series. Both the venue and the series gives us a tremendous

Panther DRR will be back on track this weekend for the Grand
Prix of Baltimore Presented by SRT in Baltimore, Maryland on
Sunday, September 2nd at 2:30 pm ET. The race will be telecast live
